LIL TOTS TESTIMONIALS

When my daughter first started Lil Tots Learning Center I was afraid that she would have problems adjusting to the new routine. Mrs. Austin reassured me that my little one would do well and so she has! Week by week I can see my little one learning and growing. I also love the fact that I know my daughter is eating good home cooked nutritious meals, and not quick unhealthy snack foods. My husband and I both know that the care she receives with the Austin family is the same kind of care she would receive at home with us, and that peace of mind is priceless! Lil tots learning center is truly a blessing for me and my family.

My daughter, Allison, has attended Lil Tots Learning Center since she was about 3 months old.  As a first time mom, it was difficult to leave her and go back to work, but I have always known that she is in good hands!  My family (including Allison) and my friends have always felt comfortable leaving her in Ms. Kensesys care.  Allison walks in the front door and is ready to start her day!  She heads back to the classroom, greets her friends, and finds her chair.

Not only do I feel comfortable with the level of care provided but I know that Allison is learning on a daily basis.  Allison is not even 2 years old yet and she knows most of her alphabet, can label many objects and actions, and is counting up to 15.  She also knows a variety of colors and shapes.  Ms. Kensesy has always included Allison in circle time and other activities.  I love seeing the things that she has worked on for that day!

To sum it all up, Allison is a happy baby who is learning and growing with the help of Ms. Kensesy!  My family considers Ms. Kensesy and her family to be a blessing!

To Whom It May Concern:

I am pleased to write a letter of recommendation for Kensesy Austin.

Our childcare provider (notice I said childcare provider not babysitter or daycare provider- I have even bolded the care portion) is a delightful young woman who has cared for our daughter since she was 22 months old, she is now 5 years old.  (That should say a lot! our daughter LOVES the Austin's)

Kensesy is not your usual childcare provider she is very organized, committed and devoted to what she does.  She doesn't have the children watching TV all day. She has the children on schedules, and she teaches the children like they are in school.  (Each child at their own age level)

Kensesy and Tony are great parents and it branches over to the kids they care for.  Our daughter feels like she is at her 2nd home.  When you leave your child in someone else's care you want them to feel like they are at home with someone who cares for them like they are their own children.

We have found her unselfish and provides diligent care of my daughter a true blessing and self-with assurance recommend her to you as a childcare provider.

My name is Talecia  and my daughter Kimiyah attends Lil Tots Learning Center. This email will serve as a reference and testament to the quality care that my daughter receives there.

Kensesy has a great advantage over other homecare providers that I've visited in the past because she teaches a real curriculum. Outside of that I think it's easier to give quality care to someone else's young child when you have one yourself. Her home is always clean and I absolutely do not worry about anything when she is in Kensesys' care. Her monthly newsletters keep parents well informed. Kimiyah has learned a great deal there and I think what she's learned will give her an advantage in kindergarten. Over the holiday break she expressed that she missed Kensesy and her family and in the evening when she leaves she tells them that she loves them. That to me is a sign of great childcare. Children have great discernment and know when someone cares.

I personally believe that you will be well pleased to leave your child in her care.

Sincerely,

Talecia J.
